Trisha Brink, LCSW

Trisha Brink has been providing therapy services for clients since 2005, and is currently situated in a private practice location in the heart of downtown Portland, Maine. She works with individuals, families, and facilitates two DBT skills classes.

Trisha is capable of helping clients navigate various life transitions and personal challenges, however she specializes in work with:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Eating Disorders

  • Body Image

  • Relationship Issues

Primary treatment methods include:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

  • Mindfulness practice

Experience

Trisha has been treating eating disorders since 2005, working collaboratively with other specialized providers, participating on consultation and collaborative treatment teams. Trisha gravitates toward mindfulness-based therapy and has been providing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to clients since 2006 and has been co-facilitating DBT classes since 2007.
